Abstract: Reactive powder concrete has ultra-high strength and durability, and has been widely used in multiple engineering fields.
This study used a single factor variable method to test the effects of different dosages of cement, copper plated fiber, silica fume, and water reducing agent on the flexural, compressive, and expansion properties of the product, with dosages ranging from 70 to 120 parts, 0 to 120 kg of copper plated fiber, 20 to 70 kg of silica fume, and 6 to 10 kg of water reducing agent.
The final results showed that the mix proportions with compressive strength of 121.
5 MPa and flexural strength of 14.
3 MPa met the standard requirements.
The research on the mix proportion of this material aims to further promote the improvement of quality, efficiency, and high-quality development of the building materials industry in the northwest region.
