by Recently, the LYL9 contract section of the Lanyonglin Expressway, which was inspected by Gansu Zhitong Technology Engineering Testing and Consulting Company, successfully completed the first piece of concrete construction for the steel lattice columns of the Daxia River Extra Large Bridge.
This construction adopts the pumping jacking method, with a pumping height of 52m.
Two HBT90CH-2128D high-pressure concrete delivery pumps are used, equipped with 125mm diameter pump pipes.
During the pumping and lifting process, an industrial grade pipeline endoscope was used to observe the lifting status of the concrete throughout the entire process.
The operation lasted for 2 and a half hours and successfully completed the pumping and lifting of the first lattice column concrete of the Daxia River Extra Large Bridge.
The concrete had good working performance during the pumping process, and there was no segregation or bleeding of the concrete.
